At Womier Keyboard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your typing experience; if your new keyboard doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the keyboard in its original packaging, including all accessories, keycap pullers, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
